Alternative Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions, consumers may resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entities. These entities provide independent and impartial mechanisms for resolving disputes through mediation, conciliation, or arbitration, as an alternative to the judicial courts.
