God, Hitler and Gandhi Walk Into a Bar

A fun game to debate ideas, some trivial and others more controversial. Embody characters who can defend ideas that are opposite to yours or attack ideas that you even agree with. Step into someone else’s shoes, argue your heart out, and make God laugh, cry, or applaud!

Goal of the Game:

Be the first team to win five debates by convincing a schyzophrenic God with your arguments, wit, or speed.

1. Choose one player as God, who gets the gavel and God’s die. Divide the rest into two teams. Teams receive Help Tokens.
2. Shuffle Debate Cards and place them face down.
3. God rolls the die to determine the judging criteria (e.g., humour, logic, enthusiasm).
3. God reads a Debate Card aloud and assigns Team Gandhi (defence) and Team Hitler (attack).
4. Teams prepare for one minute. Team Hitler attacks first, followed by Team Gandhi defending. Repeat three rounds.
5. Use Help Tokens to gain access to argument suggestions on the card.
